Q. Payment was made for a purchase but item(s) have not been received

A. For purchases in which the purchased item(s) were not received, we can assist with ensuring the delivery of the item(s) or a refund of the purchase.


As the procedure differs depending on the device used for the purchase, please kindly contact our Customer Support and advise the below details,

so we may follow up with the proper procedure.


■ How to submit an inquiry

1. Access the game > Click menu on the right upper corner > Click Options > Go to Accounts and Support > Click Customer Center

2. Select "Purchase_Market_Name of Store" among the inquiry categories

3. Fill out all necessary details and submit your inquiry


▶ Verifying Google Purchase Receipts


1. Go to Google Payment Center (https://payments.google.com/)

2. Login with your Google ID

3. Confirm purchases at Purchase Activity 


▶ Verifying App Store Purchase Receipts


1. Open or Login to iTunes program

2. Click [iTunes Store] on the left

3. Click [Manage] tab > [Account] tab

4. Click [Purchase Activity] tab > [View All]

5. After verifying the purchase you are inquiring about, screenshot the receipt


※  Purchase receipt should be attached as a screenshot.
